Planning my day is my #2 priority for every morning.

If you have a dog 🐶 or little kids then your #1 priority might be slightly shifted🥰

I have been lucky for the past 5 months. I start my morning with a brisk walk for a minimum 30 min.

Rain or Shine let’s walk in the morning🙏🙏🙏

2500 steps are naturally reached by only 8:30 am.
