I have been seeing many people looking for help in regard to their lymphatic system.
Today I will be sharing at home tips that are simple yet fully effective that YOU can do at home!
After a lymphatic drainage session I break down how a Polarity Practitioner views the lymphatic system, the energetics behind it, emotions tied to that system, foods connected to that system, and the tools/exercises/tips you can do at home.
Regulating your lymphatic system is more than just receiving body work; what you do after any lymphatic drainage is what determines how the system functions.
⭐️If you’re not doing your portion helping the system stay regulated the bodywork ends up being useless.
🍋 Tip #1 LEMON WATER —
Room temperature water with lemon juice first thing in the morning. Brush teeth after so the citric acid doesn’t harm the enamel on your teeth.
Lemon water contains: Vit C, calcium, magnesium, potassium, fiber, and iron.
Weight limits—if you are 150lbs or below use half a lemon, anyone 150lbs and over use a full lemon
