• Is your jaw tight?
• Are your shoulders creeping toward your ears?
• Are you holding tension in your hands or stomach?

Without judgment, gently relax those areas.

Take one slow breath in… and one slow breath out.

Many of us carry tension throughout the day without realizing it. A quick body check-in can help reset both body and mind.

🌊🐚 Just over here enjoying my new lifestyle ☀️🌴

It’s been a little quiet over here lately… but for good reason 💛

Since moving from England to Florida last year, life has been full in the best way ✨

I’ve been back in massage school to gain my Florida license — something I never expected after 17 years in this work but it’s brought so many blessings: new friends, wonderful clients, and a deeper connection to the work I love 💓

I’ve also been managing social media for a beautiful wellness centre that I’ll soon call my professional home once I’m licensed here in Florida 💆🏻‍♀️ Owned by the most heart centered practitioner I’ve ever met, and I just can’t wait to work along side her 🤍

So if you’ve wondered where I’ve been — I’m still here, still passionate about well-being, just growing through a new chapter behind the scenes

Just checking in because it’s been a while since I last posted! It’s hard to believe it’s already been 10 months since I left the UK and made the move to Florida. I’ve been fully embracing life here—soaking up the sunshine, spending quality time with family and friends, meeting amazing new people, and building friendships that will last a lifetime.

I’ve also been focusing on working toward my massage license, and making sure to enjoy every moment along the way. Feeling grateful, happy, and excited for what’s ahead ✨
