Mindful Monday Meditation Tonight - 5:30pm Pacific Time - we start with a short check-in and touch on meditation topics. We do a 10-20 minute guided meditation, followed by 10-20 minute sound medition with crystal bowls for a total of 30 minutes of meditation, followed by a short check-out. You are free to leave whenever - it is important to take care of yourself. If you are interested, just message me for the access information to the Zoom meeting.
