Happy Thanksgiving from Black Box Meals!! We all hope you enjoyed the day surrounded with friends, family and some yummy food!

We apologize for releasing next weeks menu so late, we were all wrapped up with our own Thanksgiving feast! Chef Reyes will be introducing 2 new pastas and we hope you all continue to enjoy. Thank you again for all your donations! Please submit orders by tomorrow before midnight.

Chef Reyes will be introducing a new meal for the week that is a popular dish in Bologna, Italy. Derived from where it originated, Penne Bolognese, is a classic Italian meat sauce, paired with penne rigate. The ridged, tube-shaped pasta is perfect for holding onto the beef and aromatic soffritto—onion, carrot, and celery. Garnished with pleasantly salty parmesan cheese, this dish is a warming, comforting way to welcome fall.
