Baldemar Briones, Director of Rehabilitation Services, along with Dr. Sovi Villalobos, DPT, Dr. Adrian Vargas, DPT, and our PTA team recently met with the coaching staff and all athletic period students to emphasize the importance of off-season workouts, rest from travel sports, and injury prevention. 🏥💪🏽🏃‍♂️

This collaboration is the beginning of an exciting project between our team and the school district athletics department to help decrease DRHS athlete injuries and support long-term athlete health. 🤝📚⚽🏀

Together, we will work to develop the optimal strength and conditioning program for both off-season and in-season training to improve athlete performance and incorporate injury prevention every step of the way. 🏋️‍♀️📈🛡️

Strong athletes. Smarter training. Better prevention. 💙🔥
