I want to share a little bit of my journey lately because I know I’m not the only one.

I started gaining weight and honestly felt so confused. I hadn’t changed the way I was eating, so I couldn’t understand what was happening with my body. I decided to start supporting the actual part of the body that regulates hormones… my thyroid.

Then one day in class, some girls mentioned doing food sensitivity testing. I realized I could actually do one through my AO Scan, so I tried it. Holy crap. The foods I was eating EVERY single day — foods that are healthy for me — were actually causing inflammation in my body.

I made changes immediately and the difference has been wild. So much inflammation is gone. My face isn’t puffy anymore, my belly isn’t bloated, and I finally feel like my body is responding again. Such a huge win for me.
