Caregivers, you are not alone. Aging Well With Amy LLC offers 1-hour Caregiver Support sessions.

What can you expect during your session?

~We will explore options on how to take care of yourself through the process.

~ Sustainable caregiver routines and boundary setting.

~Communication support with family members and care team.

~Assistance in arranging respite planning, self-care appointments, gentle exercise routines, proper nutrition, relaxation techniques, and much more.

~What Durable Medical Equipment (DME) do you need for the person you're caring for? I can help guide you where to obtain DME from (doctor, insurance, vendors etc).

~ What help do you need in the home? Cleaning, meal preparation, respite care etc. I can help you arrange a detailed plan.

Sessions available in-office at The Atrium Beauty and Wellness Clinic. Elevator is available.

*A place to breathe, relax, and talk honestly about your caregiving journey.

* A care plan for YOU. I will assess your current situation and we will make action goals for support, help, and respite.

* We will talk about support for you, physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. I will help you develop a plan on healthy eating, movement, sleep, relaxation, self-care, and much more.

* I am a resource library for you. Whatever you need, I can connect you.
