Do you have space above your kitchen cabinets? It can get greasy and very dusty up there.

Here's a tip: After wiping above, lay the most current newspaper. That way when you change it, just switch the newspaper out. No scrubbing needed! You also get to see the last time you changed it as the date appears on the newspaper!

How often should I change it? Try every 6 months! Happy cleaning!🧽

1. Pick a room that needs decluttering.

2. Pick one drawer, cabinet, or small area.

3. Set a timer for 15 minutes and see what you can get done.

What can you expect during your session?

~We will explore options on how to take care of yourself through the process.

~ Sustainable caregiver routines and boundary setting.

~Communication support with family members and care team.

~Assistance in arranging respite planning, self-care appointments, gentle exercise routines, proper nutrition, relaxation techniques, and much more.

~What Durable Medical Equipment (DME) do you need for the person you're caring for? I can help guide you where to obtain DME from (doctor, insurance, vendors etc).

~ What help do you need in the home? Cleaning, meal preparation, respite care etc. I can help you arrange a detailed plan.
