Yessss🤗👊🙌

POWER of the tongue is so real.

STOP saying you're tired all the time.

You're broke, or You're depressed.

START saying you're grateful.

Start manifesting growth.

Start speaking life into yourself.

Calm is built from ordinary moments you handle a little differently.

Healing rarely looks dramatic, it looks like choosing the kinder option again.

A boundary is a quiet sentence that tells people how to treat you.

You can notice a hard feeling without letting it make the decision.

Rest is part of the work, not a reward you have to earn.

Being understood starts with saying the true thing in plain words.

Small habits change the mood of a week more than big promises do.

Share this with someone who needs to hear it today.
