FREE Peer-led group therapy is open to join!

Details will be going out by email soon to our members for all of our plans for July :) If you want in on some mom park workouts, a gorgeous sauna session out in nature, and moms only nature immersion get signed up this weekend! **We'll be doing some sunrise swims as well this month on top of everything else**

SO what is Moms Camp!?

We're a new group local to Walworth County focused on helping moms with their mental and physical health in the midst of motherhood. We're a group of moms that meet regularly and are focused on growing community and support amongst mothers who are struggling, or have previously struggled and want to stay well. There is no shame in openly talking about the hard, scary, difficult parts of motherhood and our mental health here.

Join us for free in our weekly walks together as well as our online support group. These are announced through email, so get on the list to know all about the plans and dates for our FREE events. The link to join is in the comments. :)

We also offer a monthly paid membership that includes some amazing group meet ups and events that will benefit your mental and physical health. Membership doors are opening soon for the month of May, stay tuned!
