Back pain is so common now days and we always stretch but we need to used our breath.
When your rib cage becomes compressed and stops expanding properly, your breathing pattern can change.
Instead of breathing through the diaphragm and expanding the rib cage in all directions, your body may start using the neck and lower-back muscles to help you breathe.
Because sometimes, the pain is in your lower back, but the pattern begins somewhere else.
