I believe the body has an incredible natural ability to heal when we give it the space to rest, relax, and reset. Through massage therapy, reiki, and reflexology, my goal is to help support your body, calm your nervous system, and create a space where healing can begin.

Reflexology is the means to stimulate reflex points associated with the organs/systems, etc of the body using the reflective "maps" on feet, hands and ears. In my practice, I am mainly foot focused but can use the hands and incorporate the ears when needed.
