Sam came to me as a powerlifter at the end of 2025 wanting to move into competitive bodybuilding.
First portion of our time together has been getting him used to a different style of training, proper nutrition, and working on the low hanging fruit like sleep, stress perception, digestion, etc.
He is down 5” off his waist and almost 40lbs after our first 6 months working together.
Cardio is just walks outside with a weight vest, and his training is tailored to what he has access to in his garage gym.
The basics still work even if you don’t have access to the fanciest equipment.
Throughout the process, we have continued to bump up food and throw in untracked fives guys meals.
