Staffed Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 4-7 pm or by appointment
Fri-Sun: By appointment We are a 24 hour gym that allows you to work out any day, any time and has a variety of equipment to train with. We have a focus on member success and long term habit building. Empowering members with knowledge is the focus so members can get in the best shape of their life, and stay in the best shape of their life.

We aim to challenge each client to transfer the determination, drive, responsibility, motivation and discipline they acquire at the gym to their home and work lives. RIP Sauna….
The power surges we had in Dells yesterday killed our sauna. I was also unable to coddle the saunas heart back when it disappeared to be working.(Michael Scott quote..)

Unfortunately the company doesn’t make parts for this unit anymore.

So a brand new infrared sauna with red light chromotherapy/bluetooth speakers/all the features has been ordered and will be delivered in a couple weeks!

If you need a credit on your account because we can’t service sauna sessions for a couple weeks, please let me know and I’ll make it right. You are still allowed to book time slots and sit inside for old times sake. Nostalgia. I bought this thing in 2015 right after opening to replace a third tanning bed that had all kinds of problems.

Thank you for all your support over the years! Local support is the reason we’ve been able to expand our locations, add tons of new equipment and replace broken saunas. When you spend local, we reinvest locally.
