AromaTouch (5 mL) is May’s Product of the Month (POM). This blend is made up of Cypress, Peppermint, Marjoram, Basil, Grapefruit, and Lavender. These oil individually promote soothing and anti-inflammatory support. This blend was formulated to lessen tension and provide comforting and relaxing effects.

When we experience emotional strain or experience anxious feelings or stress, it can often lead to tension in our muscles.

Drop 4-5 drops of this blend in 1 cups of Epsom salts before adding to a warm bath. Relax and soak for 20 minutes.
