It recognizes work that has resulted in more effective and efficient management systems and demonstrates initiative and creative ability. (Malcolm Baldridge, 2025) St. Elizabeth is currently completing an application for the Baldridge Silver Award and will know in the Spring if we received the next level of recognition.
