For many people, imposter syndrome doesn't feel like a lack of confidence. It feels more like carrying an older version of yourself into situations where you no longer need to prove your worth.
It can look like rehearsing conversations before they happen, minimizing compliments, staying one step ahead, or feeling tension in your body whenever you are asked to be seen.
Those experiences often make more sense when we begin exploring what is happening beneath the thoughts themselves.
In this week's blog highlight, I share how imposter syndrome can show up in the mind, body, and subconscious, along with simple ways to begin shifting the experience from performing toward being present.
