Back pain is one of the most common reasons people end up in physical therapy, and one of the most mismanaged.

Most people have been told to strengthen their core, rest when it hurts, and treat their back. That makes sense, right? But chasing core strength alone keeps people stuck, staying still makes recovery harder, and back pain almost never lives in just one place (which is why treating only the back misses the point more often than not).

Add insurance-driven visit limits into the mix, and most patients leave before they’ve built enough resilience to actually stay out of pain.

We want to help you understand, not just go through the motions.

💾 Save this and revisit it if you’re dealing with back pain.

If you’ve been dealing with back pain or knee pain and nothing seems to stick, your hips might be the missing piece.

Most people skip hip mobility because nothing hurts there. But tight hips shift the load somewhere else every single time you squat, walk, or bend. Your back and knees end up absorbing what your hips couldn’t.

This is why hip mobility is one of the first things I address with clients experiencing both back and knee pain.

Send it to someone who’s been dealing with either.

This month, our community has already shown up in ways that remind us exactly why we built this.

These aren’t small things. For anyone who’s been in survival mode inside a broken system, every single one of these is enormous.

We see you, and we’re so proud of you!

We know what it feels like to hold a doctorate degree and still need a second job to make rent.

Not the logistics of it… The feeling of it.

You put in the years, the debt, the clinical hours, and somewhere between graduation and your third consecutive 10-hour day, the numbers just stopped making sense.

The second job feels like a solution, but it’s really just the system finding another way to take from you: your time, your energy, the version of you that chose this career because you actually cared.

We’ve been there. And we built something specifically for the PT who’s tired of running hard inside a model that was never designed to let them win.

💬 Reply “INCOME” and let’s talk about what a different model actually looks like.

If you’ve said any of these out loud, it’s time to rethink what PT looks like in 2026.

Our virtual PTs are some of the hardest workers we’ve seen. They’re hustling. They’re growing their businesses. They’re getting results.

Real care. Real outcomes.

Wanna see how it actually works? Comment CURIOUS, and I’ll send you the details.

You didn’t choose this career for the paperwork.

You chose it because you genuinely wanted to make a difference in someone’s life.

A lot of PTs are feeling this right now. More than they say out loud.

For many of them, the way back was building their own virtual PT practice.
Their own schedule, their own patients, their own terms. Same clinical skills in a completely different model.

That’s exactly what we help PTs do at VH360.

Comment “CURIOUS” if you’re ready to find your way back.

Burnt out in less than a year.

That was the reality after taking on a clinic manager role, thinking it would be the answer.

More responsibility, more flexibility, more control. It was the opposite.

At some point, it became clear that the only two options were to leave the profession entirely or to bet on myself.

90 days later, I was out.

This is part 1 of how that actually happened, the decision, the doubt, and the decision that changed everything for me.

Follow along if you want the full story. I get into the hard parts and what building something of your own actually looks like.

Ever left a PT appointment feeling like you didn’t get the full picture? That’s not in your head.

Most clinic PTs are seeing too many patients in a day.

So the deeper explanation of what’s going on in your body, the space to ask your questions, the feeling of actually being heard… it all gets squeezed out.

That’s the one thing we refuse to compromise on:
👉 One provider. 👉 One patient. 👉 Enough time to actually do the job right.

Have you ever left an appointment with more questions than answers? What happened?

Health care practitioners, do you believe that health care in the US is good? My health insurance went up $500 a month this year, and I genuinely cannot tell you what I’m getting for it.

Same deductible, out-of-pocket max, limited list of providers... Same hoops to jump through just to get care authorized. The only thing that changed was the number on the bill.

At some point, you have to ask: when did we just accept this as NORMAL?

We've been conditioned to pay more, expect less, and be grateful we have coverage at all. But coverage and actual care are not the same thing, and I think more people are starting to feel that gap every single year.

Honestly, this is part of why cash-pay and direct-care models are becoming harder to ignore. When someone can tell you exactly what you're paying, exactly what you're getting, and actually deliver on it without a wall of authorizations and hidden fees in between, that starts to look a lot more honest than what most insurance plans are offering right now.

Transparency in healthcare shouldn't be the exception. It should just be how it works.

When we ask PTs the question, “What’s your why?”
For moms, the answer is almost always the same: “My kids.”

Many moms in this community show up tired, sometimes with a toddler on their lap, and they STILL put in the work.
We’ve watched them build real businesses, on their own terms, around the schedules that matter most to them.

Talk about conviction!

This one’s for every mom who chose herself AND her family at the same time. We see you. We’ve heard you. We’re rooting for you.

Happy (belated) Mother’s Day to the moms of VH360. You are amazing! 👏
