Honestly, this is a fair reaction if you’ve never seen virtual PT work up close.
The ‘no hands, no results’ assumption makes sense. PT has always been hands-on. But here’s what the research and our patients keep showing us: the outcomes don’t come from the hands. They come from the movement, the plan, and the PT guiding it.
Virtual PT isn’t a workaround. It’s a different delivery model for the same clinical expertise. Your PT still listens, still assesses, still builds a program specific to you. The screen doesn’t change any of that.
