Three self-loving steps you can take right now.
1. Complete 5 rounds of deep breathing. Count in for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, exhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds. Repeat.
2. Set a timer for 5, 10 or 15 minutes, play your favorite upbeat music and pick one area to clean or organize. (Science proves decluttering reduces anxiety.)
3. Write down 5 activities you’d like to do and pick one to add to your calendar, plan and look forward to.
