Can you believe this is only ONE week after surgery? 👏

My patient had a lower extended deep plane facelift + neck lift with platysmaplasty, upper lip lift, lipografting of the face, and CO2 fractional laser with PRP.

Even at just 7 days post-op, you can already see such a significant improvement in her neck laxity. Swelling and healing will continue to improve in the weeks ahead, but seeing results coming through this early is amazing.

People often think of CO2 lasers as harsh, painful, and slow to heal… but fractional CO2 is a completely different story.🙂‍↕️👇

It’s my go-to for smoothing wrinkles and refining skin, especially when paired with facelift or eyelid surgery. Healing is usually quick — about a week, with some pinkness for a few weeks after.

I also apply exosomes post-treatment, which speed recovery and help the skin heal beautifully. 👏

Not every skin type is a candidate — patients with moderate to darker tones may face higher risks of pigmentation changes, so careful selection is key.🤔🤓
