When you are present
In allowance of what can unfold
And your heart, mind, and actions are aligned,
Magic happens.

It's not even just every morning, although sunrise is definitely one of my favorite powerful ways to set a brand new intention for each new day.

It's every 16 seconds can be brand new!
No matter what the situation,
A moment can allow you to change your focus,
Prevent unnecessary cortisol release in your body,
Just by practicing your ability to choose mindfully how you wish to navigate the moments in your mind and body.

The choices are yours to make.

Give yourself permission to expand and soften with gratitude and watch what happens in your life.

Dia is designated as a protected Natura 2000 biotope and wildlife refuge. It is a critical breeding ground for rare species, including the Eleonora's falcon, the Kri-Kri wild goat, and endemic plants.

Epic sailing trip to the "Natura" Island of Dia. Named for Zeus, it is a preserve of both nature, and the kri kri goats (lineage of 3000 years) & a special red falcon! Fun day, snorkeling, paddle boarding, swimming, of course sunning, eating & drinking! The Skipper & Yannis were awesome sailors & guides! ⛵️🏝💗✨️
