You can put in the work at the gym, dial in your nutrition, and take all the right supplements… but are you giving your body what it needs to actually recover? 👀

Recovery is about more than just getting 8 hours of sleep. Sleep quality, consistency, training demands, lifestyle, and what’s happening beneath the surface can all play a role in how you feel and perform.

If you’re constantly feeling run down, struggling to bounce back after workouts, or not seeing the progress you expect, it may be time to look beyond your routine.

At Inner Glow Studio, we take a bigger-picture approach to wellness and performance. Because understanding your baseline is the first step toward making more informed decisions about your health. ✨

👉 Save this reel as a reminder to prioritize recovery, not just performance.

You can train harder. You can eat better. You can optimize your supplements.

But if your recovery is off, you may be working against yourself. And recovery isn’t just about how many hours you sleep.

When you sleep, how consistently you sleep, and what your body is doing while you recover can all matter.

We pulled together a few of the things we think are worth paying attention to, especially if you’re training hard, feeling run down, or wondering why you’re not recovering the way you used to.

👉 Swipe through.

At Inner Glow Studio, we look at the bigger picture, not just one symptom or one lab value. Your sleep, recovery, labs, training, and lifestyle all tell part of the story.

If you’re ready to stop guessing and get a clearer picture of your baseline, send us a DM with or book a consultation through our website.

What if your next skin treatment started with your own blood? 🩸✨

PRP Derma Gel combines your platelet-rich plasma with a soft gel made from your own plasma, creating a treatment designed to provide subtle volume while supporting your skin’s natural collagen production.

The result?
✨ Softening where early volume loss shows up
✨ A more refreshed look
✨ Support for your skin’s own collagen-building process

But here’s the important part: it’s subtle.
PRP Derma Gel isn’t designed to replace the structural volume you can get from traditional hyaluronic acid fillers. Instead, it’s a different approach for someone looking for a more gradual, natural-looking result.

Your blood. Your collagen.
Just given some direction. 🧬

💫 What if the most interesting thing about GLP-1s has nothing to do with the scale? 👀

A new study just raised a much bigger question about GLP’s, and aging.

✨ The headlines focused on lifespan. But the why behind the findings is where it gets really interesting.

And before you jump to conclusions: this was a study in mice, not humans. There’s still a lot we don’t know.

✨ So what exactly did researchers find? What does it have to do with fasting and the way our cells sense nutrients? And what does any of this mean for someone taking a GLP-1 today?

Swipe through →

💫And if you’re using GLP-1 therapy, the goal shouldn’t stop at weight loss. Your muscle, metabolic health, and long-term health matter too.

Your spark didn’t disappear. There may be biology behind what you’re feeling. ✨

Testosterone isn’t just a “male hormone.” Women make it too, and it plays a role in desire, muscle, bone strength, motivation, and mood.

As we age, testosterone levels can decline, but symptoms like low desire, fatigue, reduced strength, or feeling unlike yourself shouldn’t simply be dismissed as “getting older.”

The first step? Test, don’t guess. 🧪

A conversation about your symptoms + the right labs can help you understand what’s actually going on and whether your levels are within a healthy female range.

Your hormones are part of the picture. Let’s start looking at the whole picture.

Have you ever been told, “Your testosterone is normal,” but thought, “Okay… then why don’t I feel like myself?”
Maybe you’re more tired than you used to be. Your workouts aren’t producing the same results. Your recovery feels slower. Your motivation or libido has changed.
A testosterone result inside the standard reference range doesn’t automatically explain how you’re feeling—or rule out the need for a deeper evaluation.
Total testosterone is just one piece of the puzzle. Depending on your symptoms and history, a more complete hormone evaluation may look at free testosterone, SHBG, estradiol, LH, FSH, and other relevant markers.
Because two men can have the same total testosterone and experience very different symptoms.
And good hormone care isn’t about chasing the highest possible number. It’s about understanding your symptoms, your labs, your lifestyle, and your overall health together.
If your labs came back “normal” but you still don’t feel like yourself, that conversation is worth having.

You don’t need to wait until you start losing muscle to start thinking about protein.
One of the biggest mistakes we see is treating the standard protein recommendation as the goal — when for many adults, especially as we get older, it may be closer to the minimum needed to prevent deficiency than the amount needed to optimize muscle health.
And muscle matters for so much more than aesthetics.
💪 Strength
⚖️ Balance & mobility
🔥 Metabolic health
🏃‍♀️ Recovery & performance
🧠 Independence as we age
Research in older adults has increasingly explored protein intakes around 1.2 g/kg/day or higher, depending on the individual, activity level, and health status.
But protein is only one piece of the puzzle.
Resistance training provides the stimulus. Protein provides the building blocks. And for some people, hormonal health may be another important piece of the picture.
The goal isn’t simply to eat “enough.”
It’s to make sure your nutrition and training are aligned with the body you’re trying to maintain — and the way you want to age.

💫✨If you’ve heard of EBOO, you might think you already know what EBO2 is…
But they’re not the same. 👀

EBO2 is an advanced form of extracorporeal blood therapy that processes a much larger volume of blood through a specialized filtration system while oxygenation and ozonation take place outside the body.

💫So why are people interested in it?
EBO2 is being incorporated into protocols focused on things like chronic inflammation, circulation, immune function, recovery, and cellular health — including for people dealing with persistent fatigue, inflammatory concerns, Lyme or mold exposure, autoimmune issues, or athletes looking to support recovery and performance.

✨And one of the biggest things to understand?
The ozone itself is not directly infused into your bloodstream. The blood and ozone interact within the extracorporeal circuit before the treated blood is returned to your body.
At Inner Glow Studio, EBO2 isn’t viewed as a one-size-fits-all treatment. It’s one potential tool within a personalized plan based on your history, goals, and overall health picture.

EBOO vs. EBO2: what’s actually different?
🎥 Watch the Reel. We’re breaking it down.

💫✨Most women don’t start paying attention to their hormones until symptoms get loud enough to interrupt daily life.

By then, the shift has usually been happening for years.
Ovarian aging is gradual. It can begin in your mid-thirties, well before hot flashes or sleep loss show up. The newer approach to hormone care doesn’t wait for symptoms to build a case. It starts with a full panel, estradiol, FSH, progesterone, free testosterone, DHEA-S, TSH, and free T3 and T4, then builds a plan around what those numbers actually show.

That shift is showing up in the data too. Hormone therapy use among women 45 to 54 has nearly tripled since 2017, and more of that growth is coming from women who started with labs instead of a symptom checklist.

At Inner Glow Studio, that plan also accounts for sleep, stress, and metabolic health, since hormones don’t move in isolation. Book a consultation at the link in bio. 💫✨

💫✨Peptide searches on TikTok are up 459% this year. Most of the people asking about them couldn’t tell you what a peptide actually is.
Here’s the short version: peptides are short chains of amino acids your body already produces every day. They’re signals, not fuel. BPC-157 signals tissue repair. CJC-1295 signals your pituitary to release more growth hormone. Sermorelin does something similar, more gradually.

What gets left out of the trend cycle is that peptides only work as well as the plan around them. Dose, pairing, and timing matter, and so does knowing your baseline labs before you start and rechecking them as your protocol runs.
