We are so happy to share that Tricia Bartley is our newest Service Excellence Champion! Trica has built strong and lasting relationships with our business partners who utilize our Occupational Health and Workers’ Compensation services across our Urgent Care clinics and provider offices. She works closely with each partner to address billing concerns and resolve issues efficiently. Through these efforts, she has reduced Occupational Health and Workers’ Compensation accounts receivable.

Over the past year, Trica has played a key role in revamping a previously ineffective billing system, delivering measurable improvements and successfully decreasing past-due balances. Her dedication, combined with her proactive approach, has made a meaningful impact on our revenue cycle operations.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Trica’s infectious personality and genuine love of life make her a valued and beloved team member throughout the entire Central Business Office. Congratulations Tricia!
