Join me for a six-week introductory Mindfulness with Reiki® Zoom course on Mondays from 7:30–8:30 PM. This calm and powerful experience is created to help you destress, heal, and energize while experiencing the magic and transformation of energy healing and mindful practices from home.
Each class includes mindful breathing, movement, meditation, a focused wellness topic, and the opportunity to receive energy healing and Reiki during each session. Simply be and allow yourself to receive.

✨ Have a light-hearted week filled with laughter, joy, and little signs that remind you you're exactly where you're meant to be.

Yesterday, before the rain, the beach had its own message...

A large gathering of laughing gulls filled the air with their cheerful calls while a cormorant and a graceful egret quietly joined the party. As if that wasn't enough, I discovered a beautiful heart-shaped stone waiting in the sand... and then, to my surprise, the number 2026 spelled out in rocks.

Nature has a beautiful way of speaking to us when we slow down long enough to notice.

May this week bring you reasons to laugh often, smile more, see humor in the moment, and appreciate the simple moments that quietly become extraordinary.

May your week be filled with laughter, light, unexpected blessings, and the gentle reminders that nature shares with us every day.
