I ❤ being a student. I just completed my 300hr Yoga Teachers Training Program w/ Vesselify
🧘‍♀️When I was 17years old I received my 200hr YTT and enjoyed years of teaching Yoga. I then moved to FL, went to college, met my husband, settled down, had babies, started a company and missed yoga.
⚓️🤰📒👨‍👩‍👧‍👧
Now 20ish years later, I am getting back to my roots. Focused on longevity and health. Sharing wellness with others, connecting with community, finding my calm amidst the chaos, being present for my little girls & living a fulfilling life (while still running Hosting From The Heart of course)

This year I finally gave up on trying to have the “perfect” body. Be kind to yourself. Be kind to other women. This body has been with you since birth & will travel with you throughout your life. Be kind to it, love it, give thanks for it. It’s the only body you’ll ever get. Take care of it by exercising & eating right, but also give your body grace for its imperfections, give it rest when you are tired. Stop trying to be perfect 💜 love yourself 💜
