Join Collective Healing Through Art for Tell Me Where It Hurts: Grief, Joy, and the Stories Our Bodies Carry, an interactive discussion and writing workshop facilitated by Ayurvedic Life Mastery Coach Lynn Hanger.

Together, we will explore how grief, rage, anger, stress, and unprocessed emotions can manifest physicallyβ€”and how joy can still coexist with mourning. What does wellness look like when the world feels like it's on fire?

When communities are under attack, rights are being stripped away, violence fills our newsfeeds, and uncertainty follows us into our homes, "self-care" can begin to feel inadequate.

Join Collective Healing Through Art for **Wellness in a Time of War**, a community gathering exploring how we care for ourselves and one another during times of collective stress, grief, resistance, and change.

Together, we will reflect on what it means to pursue wellness when survival itself can feel like a full-time job. Through guided dialogue, community connection, and a restorative sound bath, we will create space to breathe, release, and remember that healing is not a luxuryβ€”it is a necessity.
