Just wanted to share there are a few open spots for Yomassage tonight 7/7. This class usually sells out but I had a few last minute cancellations.

In a nutshell, it’s a restorative yoga class that incorporates massage therapy.

Back to Basics is a great class for someone just starting to explore the world of yoga and students who already have a regular practice but find themselves craving a deeper connection to the roots of asana (postures).⠀⠀
⠀⠀
During class you will begin to break down each pose to its most fundamental shape. Becoming more mindful of where your body is in space and how you can use different techniques or props to help support the pose. Learning how to distribute your weight and position your body to keep your joints safe will slowly help you build more strength and stability.⠀⠀

Mindfulness, meditation and breath are carefully woven into every class providing a well rounded class that will fulfill the Mind, Body and Spirit.⠀
