🌿 Reiki + Sound Healing, in person or online. ✨

Did you know you can experience Reiki and sound healing both in person and remotely?

In my practice, Reiki and sound healing can come together to create space for you to pause, reconnect, and receive. Through Reiki and the vibrations of different instruments, each session offers its own unique experience.

In-person sessions allow us to share a physical space, while remote sessions allow you to receive Reiki from the comfort of your own home. Sound healing can also be incorporated into either format, bringing another layer to the experience.

No two sessions are exactly alike. Each person brings their own intentions, needs, and experiences, making every session personal to the individual receiving.

You don’t have to travel far or have everything figured out to begin exploring energy work. There’s space to meet yourself wherever you are. 🌿

Maybe you’ve been drawn to energy work for a while. Maybe you’ve experienced Reiki before and feel called to go deeper.

I created my Reiki I & II 1:1 Training as a space to learn, practice, and develop your own relationship with Reiki—while exploring sound healing + shamanic practices along the way.

If you’re brand new or ready to deepen your practice, you don’t have to have it all figured out before you begin.

As the seasons change, the Harvest Full Moon invites us to pause, reflect, and honor what has grown.

Take a moment to ask yourself:

🌾 What am I proud of?
🌾 What have I grown through?
🌾 What am I grateful to harvest from this season?

Then, turn your gratitude toward what is ready to leave.

Some things have served their purpose. Some lessons have been learned. Some chapters are simply ready to close.

Instead of holding on, thank them for what they brought you—and let go.

✨ Your Ritual
Find a quiet space and listen to 417 Hz for 9 minutes. Place your hands over your heart and take a few slow breaths.

Write down 3 things you are grateful to harvest and 3 things you are ready to let go of.

For each thing you’re releasing, say:

“Thank you for what you taught me. I am ready to let you go.”

Then take a moment to honor everything you’ve grown through. 🌾

Affirmations:
✨ I honor the progress I have made.
✨ I am grateful for what this season has taught me.
✨ I trust what is ready to leave.
✨ I make space for what is meant to grow next.
