Ashtanga Yoga Denver

Ashtanga Yoga Denver Ashtanga Yoga classes taught in the tradition of KPJAYI in Mysore, India. Morning Mysore classes 6:30-9am Tuesday-Friday. Feel free to drop in.

Led Primary Series on Saturday 9-10:30am. Intro to Ashtanga on Saturdays from 11-12:15pm. All levels are welcome to learn and practice in a safe and supportive environment in the Mysore classes. The guided classes are appropriate for those who have some vinyasa yoga experience. Beginners and those wanting to refine their understanding of the basic tenets of the Ashtanga method are welcome to drop in to the Introductory class.

Happy end of July, everyone!
Here are a few quick updates for the August schedule:
(1) Closed on Wednesdays
(2) Active Series @7-8am on Monday 8/11 and 8/25 (closed MON 8/4 and 8/18).
(3) We’ll honor the Moon Days on SUN 8/10 and SUN 8/24 (we’re closed on Sundays in the Summer anyway).
