Colorado families: know your options. đź’™

Colorado’s System of Care (CO-SOC) helps children and youth with significant behavioral health needs access coordinated, family-centered support while staying safely at home and in their communities whenever possible.

Other supports include:
✨ Enhanced High Fidelity Wraparound — brings families, providers, schools & agencies together around one plan.
🏠 Intensive Home-Based Treatment — intensive mental health support in the home, school & community.
🤝 Collaborative Management Program — coordinates multiple systems so families aren’t left navigating them alone.
💙 CwCHN Waiver Respite — provides temporary relief for caregivers, including skilled and unskilled respite.
Families shouldn’t have to navigate complex systems alone. Know what support is available to you.
