This is what a productive Memorial Day looks like for us. ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

Red Rocks Amphitheater with Bre Johnson and our incredible neighbor Kathleen โ€” good energy, beautiful views, and time well spent.

We didn't let the holiday be an excuse to pause. We used it as a reason to move, connect, and be grateful for the freedom to do so. ๐Ÿค

On a day that honors those who gave everything โ€” the least we can do is show up fully for our own lives.
