For quite some time, I have been carrying something meaningful in my heart, and I am honored to finally share it with you.

Throughout the years, I have had the privilege of walking beside incredible individuals as they navigate grief, loss, and profound life transitions. One thing has become deeply clear: healing is not just an emotional process. True healing involves the mind, body, and spirit.

While weekly therapy provides invaluable support, many people long for a deeper, more immersive experience one that creates space to gently explore grief, trauma, connection, and healing in a focused and compassionate way.

Beginning in August 2026, I am honored to introduce our new Mind, Body & Spirit Grief Healing Intensive a collaborative healing experience created for those navigating the loss of a loved one.

This unique intensive combines the clinical expertise of Cara Czarnecki, EMDR therapist, with my spiritual healing practice to offer a deeply personalized journey of restoration, transformation, and peace.

During this intensive, you will receive:

Dying is not scary but dying without living my life in the way the soul intended is to me. That’s why I move how I do without regards of others judgments or opinions or trying to please anyone.

I keep getting this message over and over that what is within you is meant to be shared to help others.

Be it your story, your healing gifts, how you live your life that is different from the norm.

Whatever it is no matter who sees it or not still wants to get out of you.

If it’s in you and inspiring then I am sure at least one person may get some use out of it and with all the BS floating around we just need to authentic real people with human emotions not performing for likes or money to share what they are or have been through.

Our kids are watching all of this too so we need people who have courage to speak truth, courage to love openly, courage to forgive, courage to just be human with all the s**t that entails.

None of this is easy on any of us but what I do know is the more you open up and release the s**t inside the bettter you feel.

God didn’t send the weak ones for this time, the greatest ruthless warriors were sent to change our world.
