Congratulations to Janice Scott who got in the best shape of her life in 5 months She said she had never been able to attain the physique she wanted… until NOW… in her 50’s!!

Visiting my parents in California and my dad says I should NOT post this awful BEFORE photo of myself … but it’s the real ME & REAL LIFE!

He has no idea the struggles that women in their 40’s, 50’s and 60’s may be going through with aging, hormonal changes, mental health, depression, etc…

I was able to transform with natural foods and limited supplements. I focussed on healthy nutrition that produces natural GLP-1 to build muscle to boost metabolism and burn fat instead of a new trendy diet or pill and decided to set a aggressive goal to step on stage in a bikini competition with a photoshoot the day after! This meant No W**e and No Cheating on my nutrition plan for 6 weeks and adding more Weight training!!

I will be sharing my body composition stats and more before/after photos with transformation tips as promised soon!!
