This photo was taken in our “living room.”
(Okay... technically it’s our lobby. But around here, it feels a lot more like a living room.)

Dr. Jaimy had just finished a prenatal appointment when the conversation naturally turned to baby’s position. Instead of simply explaining what to do, she got down on the floor and demonstrated the movement, so our client could feel it, practice it, and leave feeling confident.

Moments like this happen here every single day. Because we don’t believe your care ends when the appointment, yoga class or workshop is over.

We believe education is part of it.

If we’re recommending a movement, we’ll practice it with you.

If we’re teaching you a position for labor, we’ll help you find what feels best in your body.

If we’re showing you tummy time, stretches, or ways to support your baby, we’ll demonstrate them together so you don’t leave wondering if you’re doing it right.

This season of life comes with enough uncertainty. Your care shouldn’t.

At Belly Bliss, we take the time to answer the questions, explain the “why,” and make sure you leave feeling more informed than when you arrived.

Because our goal isn’t just to help you feel better. It’s to help you feel confident. And we think that’s one of the greatest gifts we can give the families who trust us with their care. 🤍

Share a moment you had in our living room recently in the comments, we’d love to hear it 🥰

Despite our parking 🤪, when you step through our doors we want it to feel like a place where you can exhale.

At Belly Bliss, we aren’t just a clinic.

We’re a place where parents can walk through the door and feel their shoulders drop.

A place where questions are welcomed.

A place where babies are allowed to be babies.

A place where you don’t have to explain why you’re overwhelmed, exhausted, emotional, uncertain, or simply needing support.

Because this season of life asks so much of families.

And while we can’t take away every challenge that comes with pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood, we can create a space where you don’t have to carry it alone.

A space where you’re listened to.

A space where you’re supported.

A space where your family is known.

Whether you’re coming in for chiropractic care, acupuncture, lactation support, yoga, massage, a workshop, nutrition or simply because you need someone in your corner, our hope is that Belly Bliss feels like a place where you can finally take a deep breath.

A place to exhale.

And a place to be held while you grow into this next version of yourself.

“Is this normal?”

If we had a dollar for every time we heard that question at Belly Bliss. The truth is, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood come with a lot of uncertainty.

Is my baby eating enough?
Should they be sleeping more?
Why does my body still hurt?
Why wasn’t I prepared for this?
Am I doing something wrong?

These questions don’t mean you’re failing. They mean you’re paying attention.

One of the things we wish more families knew is that you don’t have to have all the answers. You don’t have to spend hours searching the internet at 2am. And you don’t have to navigate this season alone.

At Belly Bliss, we believe questions deserve conversations. Not dismissal. Not “just wait and see.” Not “that’s just part of being a parent.”

Sometimes what you’re experiencing is completely normal. Sometimes it’s common, but deserves support. And sometimes all you need is someone to listen, guide, and help you understand what’s happening in your body or with your baby.

That’s why we’re here.

💛 What’s a question you’ve asked yourself during pregnancy, postpartum, or parenthood? Drop it below.
Chances are, if you’re wondering it, another parent is too.

If our entire team could sit down with every family before birth, here are a few things we’d want them to know:

🤍 From your Chiropractor:
Birth is not just about your baby preparing for labor. Your body is preparing too. Mobility, alignment, nervous system regulation, and pelvic balance all matter. Don’t wait until you’re uncomfortable to seek support.

🤍 From your Lactation Consultant:
Breastfeeding is natural, but that doesn’t always mean it comes naturally. Support before challenges arise can make a huge difference. Learn what normal newborn feeding looks like before baby arrives.

🤍 From your Acupuncturist:
Stress, tension, and overwhelm don’t disappear when labor begins. The more supported and regulated your body feels during pregnancy, the better equipped it is to navigate the transitions ahead.

🤍 From your Nutritionist:
Your body is building a baby, growing a placenta, increasing blood volume, and preparing for postpartum all at the same time. Nourishment isn’t just about calories, it’s about giving your body the resources it needs to thrive through pregnancy, birth, and recovery.

🤍 From your Massage Therapist:
You don’t have to wait until you’re in pain to receive care. Supporting your muscles, circulation, and soft tissues throughout pregnancy can help your body adapt more comfortably to the incredible changes taking place.

🤍 From your Yoga Instructor:
Birth isn’t just about flexibility. It’s about awareness, breath, strength, adaptability, and learning how to work with your body rather than against it. The way you move during pregnancy can help you feel more connected and prepared for birth.

🤍 From your Doula:
There is no perfect birth. There is only your birth. The more informed, supported, and connected you feel to your options, the more empowered you’ll be regardless of how your story unfolds.

And from all of us at Belly Bliss: Birth is not the finish line.

The support, education, and care you receive before birth matter. But what happens after baby arrives matters too.

Your recovery matters.
Your nervous system matters.
Your feeding journey matters.
Your relationship matters.
Your family matters.

And we’re here for all of it 💕

At Belly Bliss, we believe the entire family unit deserves care and support.

Parents and babies are not separate. A baby‘s feeding impacts recovery. A parent’s stress impacts a baby’s regulation. Sleep, healing, emotions, tension, connection and nervous system function all ripple through the family dynamic together.

When parents feel more supported, this new transition feels more empowering, and that’s what we’re here for.

Not perfection.
Not fear.
Not pressure.

Just families being supported, together 💕

✨ Your weekly invitation to move, breathe, and gather ✨

This is more than a yoga schedule.
It’s a rhythm.
A place to land.
A space where your body is supported through every season of motherhood.

Movement during pregnancy and postpartum isn’t about “doing more.”

It’s about circulation, ease, connection, and trust.
It’s about creating space in your body (and in your life) to feel held.

Our weekly yoga classes are designed to:
• Support your changing body
• Encourage nervous system regulation
• Build strength and softness
• Connect you with other parents walking a similar path
Because healing happens in community.

Because your village matters.
And because moving together changes everything.

🧘‍♀️ Save this schedule
🤍 Share it with a mama who needs a place to land
