Young Warrior Yoga is play-based movement intended to stretch children both on and off of the mat. Young Warriors will engage in all modes of learning to ensure that they leave feeling successful and a part of a supportive community. Provides: YFYW offers classes, school workshops, camps, and birthday parties to children, families and schools. Shares: YFYW gives back to the community by supporting

the under-served populations in Denver through our Adaptive Yoga for children program, Empowered Warriors, and our schools and programs that qualify for scholarships. Guides: YFYW has a strong teacher training program offering a 25 hour certification for all ages of children, continuing education in specialty areas, as well as, a system of support including networking and coaching.
