Our clinical services include evidence based & natural therapies rooted in consciousness-based mind-body medicine and technology, ancient healing

traditions, mental and behavioral health and holistic health promotion, prevention and education. Education is a cornerstone of our approach to supporting individual and family health through empowering each individual to create a culture of wellness. Educational workshops and group classes provide a community setting where the shared experience of transformation is celebrated in a safe space for growth and healing. We believe in the celebration of wellness through creating community around healthy lifestyle practices. We offer the following services:

Yoga: Weekly with Connect In Dots Monday 6:30 pm -7:30

DanZarte: Weekly Dance class with Stanley Tuesday 6-7:30

Free HIV testing: Walk-in or call for appointment

BodyTalk: Available in English y Espanol by appointment

Meditation Classes

Curanderismo through quarterly workshops

Wellness Coaching

Health Education Classes (Mi Vida Su Vida): Culture, Sexuality, Anatomy, HIV, STI's, Interpersonnal Violence, Substance use and abuse.

☀️ Summer Kick-Off was a blast! It was great seeing everyone come together and enjoying a day full of community, connection, and care. From massages and good food to sharing resources and spending time with one another, we loved being able to give back and celebrate the start of summer. 💛✨ Thank you to everyone who came out and made it such a special day!

To all our stewards of la madre tierra - have a food as medicine, or urban agriculture project? HEAL Denver & Consumption Literacy have a microgrant funding opportunity in Denver. $400-$8,000 available for projects that must be completed by October 2026. Applications due January 9th!! This micro-grant is part of a broader effort to build a HEAL Oasis—a network of community-led spaces that grow food, cultivate leadership, share knowledge, and strengthen local food sovereignty. Funding is intended “to further support local nonprofit partners, farmers and producers, tribal entities, and for-profit partners in accessing Farm Service Agency programming for future urban production development.”
