In honor of our quarterly member celebration tonight, we wanted to highlight someone who’s had a huge impact on Red Rock Sauna - and a pretty incredible month of July.

With well over 100 sauna visits this year alone, Stephen also completed the Crazy Mountain 100-mile race last weekend.
If you think that’s crazy... so do we. Stephen definitely does too 😂
The story goes that Stephen first came to Red Rock Sauna to meet a friend. The funny part? His friend had actually invited him to a different sauna and cold plunge spot. Lucky for us, Stephen liked what he saw and decided to stick around.
Since then, he’s become a staple around here and easy to spot in his signature bucket hat. He helps us lead Run Club, brings positive energy to every visit, hangs around the fire pit talking about just every topic under the sun (like a top concert being Norah Jones), attempts to learn everyone’s name, and somehow consistently makes it to other members’ races to cheer them on.
When Stephen signed up for the Crazy Mountain 100, he had met Leah and Collin through Red Rock and invited them to crew and pace him for the race. Watching friendships like that grow outside the sauna is one of our favorite parts of this community.
Stephen, thanks for always hyping us up... and then immediately apologizing for complimenting us 😉 More importantly, thank you for being the kind of person who makes this place feel like home.
