For the third year in a row, drug overdose deaths in the U.S. have declined — a hopeful sign that recovery support, harm reduction efforts, treatment access, and community care are making a difference.
But the work is far from over.
Colorado was one of a handful of states that still saw increases last year, reminding us that the overdose crisis continues to evolve and impact our communities in deeply personal ways.
Behind every statistic is a person, a family, and a story.
Recovery is possible. Treatment matters. Connection matters. Access matters.
As conversations around fentanyl, methamphetamine, and overdose prevention continue, we remain committed to supporting individuals through every stage of recovery and helping break the stigma that too often keeps people from reaching out for help. 💙
