Me and my mindful shadow…
The foundations to “Mindfulness”, attention, awareness, compassion and intention, are key components to healthy living.
They also help decrease stress and manage pain naturally.
My shadow Hunter, is our beloved family dog, who has faithfully traveled the world with us. We jokingly call him our “24/7 family therapist” because no matter where we are, and how we feel, he is always there on call when help is needed.
Although we see the world through a different set of lenses than Hunter, he is our constant mindful reminder. He is and always will be, innately attentive, aware, compassionate and full of intent.lucky us!💛
