Remi Divine practices as a holistic nutritionist and believes that food is medicine. She started Remi Rose Nutrition with the hope of improving people’s lives through diet and lifestyle. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado Boulder, where she studied biology with an emphasis in integrative physiology. From there, she worked in the medical field, gaining experience

with numerous medical clinics throughout the country. This led her to going back to school at the Nutrition Therapy Institute to further her studies in the field of holistic nutrition. Remi is passionate about living the healthiest life you can from the inside out with her extensive knowledge about health and wellness.

DRESSING:

Blend together

• 1/2 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp lemon zest
• 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
• 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tsp honey
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1/4 tsp sea salt
• 1/8 tsp black pepper

“you’re blood work is normal”🙄🙄

Sooo normal isn’t the same as optimal and that gap can be bigger than you think!

🩸Vitamin D levels:
30ng/mL is considered normal but optimally we want it higher than that. We want to see that at 40,50,60,70 to actually support your mood, immune function, and hormone balance.

🩸Vitamin B12 levels:
Some labs say as low as 200pg/mL is normal but we really want to see that around 500-900.
