100% of officers in our pilot program said they'd recommend neurofeedback to their peers.
This is the first in a 4-part case study series exploring real results from our 2025 pilot program with two local Colorado police departments. Up first: the leadership perspective.
FRN's pilot offered officers a confidential, non-invasive wellness option — built around trauma and stress relief, without the barriers of traditional therapy.
Results reported by officers who completed the program:
→ 100% saw improvement in one or more wellness areas
→ 90% reported better sleep, focus, or reduced stress
→ 100% would recommend it to their peers
As one department leader put it:
"The goal isn't to fix anyone — it's to help our people function at their best."
(Name withheld to protect participant confidentiality.)
When leadership normalizes wellness support, officers are more likely to use it before a crisis — not after one.

Programs like this only reach more departments with the community's support — every donation helps us bring this to more first responders who need it. Donate here: https://www.firstresponderneurofeedback.com/donate
