Growing up I never had a clear picture of what I wanted to do with my life. I felt confused, always shooting in the dark. I was always attempting to do what other people wanted me to do (living in their shoulds) and inevitably lost myself in a confusing quagmire of a life and having no idea how to get out. I was so scattered that I was labeled with Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD). All of the conf
usion created in me a deep yearning to know myself and understand my genius. I began exploring various paths: 4 years as a personal trainer, 15 years as a massage therapist, 17 years studying various meditation disciplines, 20 years as a yoga practitioner, and years of training as a Body Psychotherapist, Play Therapist and Trained Demartini Method Facilitator. In the end what I discovered was that my genius had been with me my whole life and the canvas of my life, exactly as it was, contained all the clues. SERVICES
