Kinda chic to make oral health part of your wellness routine.
At The Hygienist Bar™, we’re changing the way you think about dental hygiene by putting prevention, education and personalized care at the center of the experience.

No rushing through an appointment just to check a box. No waiting until something hurts to pay attention to your oral health. Just intentional, preventive care designed to help you understand your mouth, build better habits and support your overall wellness.

Because taking care of your teeth and gums shouldn’t just be something you have to do. We think it can actually feel pretty good, too.

A dental cleaning should do more than leave your teeth feeling smooth.

At The Hygienist Bar, we believe a cleaning is an opportunity to look at the health of your entire mouth, not just remove buildup and send you on your way.

A thorough preventive visit can help reduce inflammation, remove harmful biofilm, support a healthier oral microbiome, and catch potential concerns early. It’s also a chance to evaluate things like gum health, dry mouth, sensitivity, oral cancer screening, and other signs that your mouth may need more support.

Because oral health is about so much more than clean teeth. It’s about creating a healthier foundation for your whole mouth and understanding how it connects to the rest of your body.

Ready for a more proactive, whole-body approach to oral wellness? Book your visit with The Hygienist Bar.

When leaders in dentistry recognize a shift in the future of oral healthcare, it reinforces why we're so passionate about what we're building at The Hygienist Bar™.

We're honored to share these words from Dr. Marsha Sonaty, DDS:

"As a dentist who focuses on preventive, airway-centered, and whole-body approaches to care, I believe the future of healthcare requires a greater emphasis on prevention, education, and early intervention. Oral health is deeply connected to systemic health, yet many patients still lack accessible opportunities to engage proactively in their oral wellness.

The Hygienist Bar is helping redefine how preventive oral healthcare is delivered by creating a patient-centered model that emphasizes education, wellness, and personalized care. By empowering dental hygienists to practice at the highest level of their training, this model has the potential to expand access to preventive services, improve health outcomes, and increase public awareness of the critical role oral health plays in overall well-being.

Innovation in oral healthcare is long overdue, and The Hygienist Bar represents an exciting evolution in the Modern Hygiene Movement. Their vision aligns with the growing demand for healthcare experiences that are preventive, wellness-focused, and designed to support patients before disease develops. I believe this model has the potential to make a meaningful impact on the future of oral and systemic health.”

— Dr. Marsha Sonaty, DDS

At The Hygienist Bar™, we're committed to changing the conversation around oral health by putting prevention, education, and whole-body wellness first.

If you're ready to experience a different kind of oral healthcare, we'd love to welcome you.

You can have the skincare routine, the matching set, the fresh fade, the expensive cologne, and the “clean girl” aesthetic down to a science, but if your gums are chronically inflamed, bleeding, and begging for help, it kind of ruins the whole effect.

Good oral hygiene is attractive. Not because it’s trendy, but because a healthy mouth matters.

Brush your teeth.
Floss.
Scrape your tongue.
And if your gums are bleeding regularly, that’s not normal. It’s a sign your mouth needs attention.

At The Hygienist Bar, we’re here to make oral care feel a little less clinical and a lot more like part of taking care of yourself.

If your mouth needs a reset, book your visit at The Hygienist Bar.

Your mouth is home to a thriving community—and every bite you take can change its balance.

What you eat and drink helps shape the bacteria that support your oral health.

At THB, we’re not trying to eliminate all bacteria—we’re focused on creating balance and supporting the beneficial bacteria that help your oral microbiome thrive.

That’s why we love microbiome-supportive prebiotics.

Feed the good. Support the balance.

Prevention is Power.

Every mouth is different, so oral care should be too.

At The Hygienist Bar, we create custom oral care routines designed around your mouth, not a generic checklist. That means looking at your oral health, your symptoms, your goals, and your lifestyle to recommend the right products, the right steps, and the right routine for you.

Whether you’re dealing with dry mouth, sensitivity, inflammation, bad breath, staining, or just want a more intentional approach to oral wellness, we help take the guesswork out of what to use and how to use it.

Because custom care should extend beyond your appointment. It should support you at home, too.

Have you ever noticed your gums bleed more easily, feel swollen, or become extra sensitive at certain times of the month?

You're not imagining it.

Hormonal changes throughout life can influence your gum health and the way your body responds to plaque. Fluctuations in estrogen and progesterone may make gum tissue more reactive, which is why some women notice changes during puberty, their menstrual cycle, pregnancy, perimenopause, or menopause.

While these changes are common, they aren't something you have to ignore. Understanding what's happening allows you to better care for your oral health during every stage of life.

At The Hygienist Bar™, we believe women's oral health deserves more attention. We take a whole-body approach to oral wellness by helping you understand how your hormones, oral microbiome, and daily habits work together to support healthy gums and a healthier smile.

📍Located in Cherry Creek, Denver, we provide personalized preventive oral wellness care designed around education, prevention, and long-term health.

If your mouth has been feeling "off," schedule your OralReset™ and let's talk about what your gums may be telling you

Breast cancer treatment can affect more than energy levels, appetite, skin, and hormones. It can affect your mouth, too.

Depending on the treatment plan, some women may experience:
• dry mouth
• gum inflammation
• mouth sores or irritated tissues
• taste changes
• increased cavity risk
• oral discomfort that feels new or unfamiliar

That’s one reason oral health deserves more attention in the women’s health conversation.

When saliva flow changes or the mouth becomes more inflamed, it can affect comfort, eating, speaking, and long-term oral health. And for women already carrying so much during treatment or survivorship, those changes can easily be overlooked.

At The Hygienist Bar, we believe oral wellness is part of whole-body care. Your mouth is not separate from the rest of your health, and it shouldn’t be treated that way.

If you’re navigating breast cancer treatment or recovery and want a gentler, more proactive approach to oral wellness, we’d love to support you.
