I wish I could post 2,000 photos here because just a few doesn’t capture it. Hosting retreats is one of the greatest gifts of my life. I am reminded that I am living in my dharma each and every time and I’m so grateful.

To witness individuals give themselves time away from everyday life to peel back layers and rediscover themselves without external noise is sincerely such an honor.

This trip to Morocco has been life changing in so many ways. Five nights in Marrakech followed by two nights in the desert - our souls feel born again 🤍🙏🏽

Just finished hosting our first Yoga & Wellness retreat of this year and it was absolutely divine! I try to host one domestic retreat per year and this year we were up at Flat Mountain Farm in the Highlands of North Carolina. The venue was incredible for our offerings with a cozy yet luxurious feel to the houses and atmosphere.

My sister, Amanda Callahan, was our chef providing locally farm sourced veggies and proteins. Her creations were above and beyond.

So honored to do this work and bring community together in a powerful and healing way.

I am selling 8 infrared heating panels that are barely used! Perfect for a gym space, yoga space, dance, barre, whatever! Pictured below (white panels hanging from ceiling) in our studio setting.

These panels were used for only the seven weeks I was able to have my business running in my studio space. I am selling the panels with the ecobee thermostat and four electrical relays. The only thing requried to operational use is a transformer ($55 at Lowes) and professional install.

The scandanavian meets country design of the barn and three separate houses is the perfect luxury mountain aesthetic for this intimate gathering. I am so excited to host here.

With the recent closing of my yoga studio due to flooding, I had to make a pivot for the 2024 plans in my business. The hardship of opening a closing a studio several times within a short span of time drained me completely and took the wind out of my sails. I have felt so defeated and a bit lost.

Having the ability to pour back in to the travel and retreat side of my business though is truly a blessing. I am so grateful to be able to do it and give in a way that i know lights people up and provides them with opportunity to go inward while filling themselves with inspiration and community.

I heard or read something a while back that has stuck with me for a while now - something along the lines of living your life as one big sacred ceremony. The words instantly pulled on my heart strings and lit me up from the inside out, feeling this flutter of inspiration to carry myself with more purpose, more intention, more presence.

It is why I love the Balinese culture so deeply. The Balinese people live just like this; Each day is a gift, each person is a gift; and is celebrated, nurtured, and profoundly acknowledged. Most actions they take are in purpose of prayer for others and devotion to the divine. It’s so beautiful.

I strived to create a safe space for my retreat guests to cultivate this independently and in togetherness- a week long sacred ceremony of love, of joy, of connection, and of celebration for this life we get to live on both the best of days and on the hardest of days.

And it was just that. The level of respect, acknowledgement, and connection was above and beyond individually and collectively. One thing in particular I loved was the amount of gratitude each person showed toward themselves for giving themselves permission to say yes to being there. It was beautiful to witness the knowings of, “I deserve this”.

Here’s the thing, we don’t have to prove anything in order to deserve. We deserve by existing. We deserve all of it, the hard parts and the joyous parts because that’s life and it’s a gift. We did a damn good job treating it as such, I’ll tell you that.

We observed ourselves and each other. Our thoughts, our emotions, our body movement, and our breath. We talked, we cried, we laughed a ton, we shared, we danced, we prayed; WE LIVED.

So, to Bali, with love, respect, and devotion: here is to living our lives as one big sacred ceremony with all that comes with being human. Both dark and light. It’s all purposeful. It’s all sacred.

And now we begin. 🤍🙏🏽
