Specializing in holistic body wellness, blending Pilates, fascia release, breathwork, sound healing + health coaching for pain relief, mobility, alignment, strength + nervously system regulation. At MPH, we believe that form and quality of movement is key to transforming your body. Individual attention is of upmost importance. Because of this, we focus on private and duet Pilates equipment-based

sessions. At MANNA, we want you to get the most out of your time with us! Sessions can be corrective, preventative, rehabilitative, and used for athletic conditioning. We also offer health coaching to customize your journey towards more vibrant health. And for fun and to create community (a pillar of health and wellness) we offer wellness retreats, both domestically and internationally.

After seven months of online training to become breathwork facilitators, we finally came together for a profound in-person immersion in breath, science, and spirituality in the beautiful San Luis Valley. I feel incredibly grateful to have shared this transformative journey with such an inspiring group of souls. The connections, growth, and experiences we created together will stay with me forever.
