We’re excited to share that our updated memberships are finalized! As many of you know, we have been slowly transitioning over, and will officially go live with membership updates starting May 1st!

These updates are designed to give you even more flexibility and customization while still keeping your favorite treatments consistent and getting those glowy, gorgeous results we all love!! There are many new modalities and products at GLAM and we want you ALL to get opportunities to try NEW technologies and additions to GLAM!🩵💉

As a quick refresher, here are a few important membership guidelines:
• Memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment
• Any cancellations or changes to memberships require a 30-day notice
• Membership points will NOT be carried over month to month unless arranged with your provider in advance
• Treatments cancellations require a 24-hour cancellation policy
• Gratuity for your esthetician is not included

Add-ons and upgrades are always available to further customize your treatment each visit- we always want you to have the opportunity to try new treatments and find your perfect routine! We truly want your membership to feel tailored to YOU, so chat with your provider more at your next appointment to explore your options.✨

As we step into 2026, we are so excited to continue bringing beauty, results, and elevated experiences your way with BRAND NEW innovations in the industry!
We will be having a little membership revamp—nothing crazy, (we promise our price isn’t changing) just new and improved options for YOU and growth as we evolve ✨

A few important reminders going forward:
-Membership points do not roll over month to month unless arranged in advanced - please plan ahead and book your treatments out to get the best results and use of your membership!
-A 30-day notice is required for all membership cancellations - please let us know 30 days prior to your billing cycle for any changes and cancellations!
-Service cancellations require a 24-hour notice via telephone, email, or text. If you cancel within 24 hours of your treatment, you will be charged 50%. PLEASE ensure you leave a message if we are unable to reach the phone, but it is best to contact your provider directly. We understand emergencies may happen, so just do your best to give us the most notice possible!

We have a revamp on the horizon, including new, approved technology and upgraded offerings that will be incorporated into our memberships and service menu. We can’t wait to share more details soon.
