Glad my calcified hernia & deteriorating spine had such a youthful glow. Black don't crack but my spine surely did.

When my neurosurgeon finally cleared me to start physical therapy after my L5-S1 microdiscectomy, these were the very first exercises I was given!

Even now, at 10 months post-op, I still use these to gently stretch out my back and work on core strengthening. Recovery takes time, and you should never force a stretch. Let me know if these gentle movements help you out, and remember to take care of your spine! 🩻
