One year of Cedar & Steam 🥹🔥
Honored to be celebrating an entire year of creating spaces for people to slow down, connect, sweat, laugh, breathe, and just feel a little more human.
And WOW… a lot has happened in one year!
We’ve changed locations.
💛Thank you FYSF | Beginner-Friendly Fitness & Nutrition in Denver & TheDenverVillage for being great spaces to host our people
We started Sauna Socials.
We added a cold plunge.
We hosted day retreats and weekend retreats.
Thank you The Everwell House | Colorado Private Chef & Elizabeth Mccauley for being amazing partners!
We opened up private rentals.
We brought the mobile sauna to events, parties, races, and gatherings.
Thank you to everyone who booked with us - there are too many to tag, and that fills me with gratitude 🥰
We started selling, renting, and hosting events with PortaSauna | The UK’s #1 Sauna Tent Company 🇬🇧
And somewhere along the way, this became so much more than “a sauna business.”
It became a place for connection.
A place where strangers become friends.
Where conversations happen that probably wouldn’t have happened anywhere else.
Where you can come alone and still leave feeling like you weren’t.
Where you can take a break from the noise and actually be present.
I’ve learned SO much this year — about business, about myself, about taking risks, and especially about what I want Cedar & Steam to be.
And if there’s one thing this first year has made even clearer, it’s this:
We’re not meant to do life alone.
Thank you to every person who has booked, attended, shared, referred a friend, brought a friend, partnered with me, supported from the sidelines, or simply said, “Hey, I’ve been meaning to try that.”
You’ve helped make this little dream what it is today. 🤍
Here’s to year two — more sauna, more adventures, more gatherings, more retreats, more fire, more cold plunges, and a whole lot more connection.
