We will indulge into Ceremonal Cacao with Rose, Honey and Oatmilk. Ground into the space with a Mudra and chant. Then get into our journey with our breath to guide us through our being. Release, renew, ground and love ourselves Deeper.
This is a moment to give yourself complete freedom to surrender for the sacred remebrence of who you are, in your unique DNA strand, as well as bringing your body back to homeostasis. Inhaling Love and Health in, and Exhaling Stagnantion and subjects that no longer serve your being.
