Here in the office we may be a little biased, but we think our poet-athletes are pretty PHENOMENAL. Over the past four weeks poet-athletes have been working on improving their communities through various service projects. Cowell Elementary School has created a kindness campaign throughout their school, while Traylor Elementary School is collecting donations for the local Food Pantry and Children's Hospital. We can't wait to see the continued impact their LEADERSHIP and COMMITMENT have on our COMMUNITY. Keep up the great work, poet-athletes!

A phenomenal article on the power of SCORES and how the opportunity for team sports falls out of reach for many kids. Thank you to The Colorado Trust for including us and getting to know some of our SCORES families!

"When Alex joined SCORES at nearby Traylor Elementary School, he was a 'very shy, withdrawn' eight-year old, fresh out of chemotherapy for treatments for acute lyphoblastic leukemia, said his mother, Jessica. 'SCORES opened him up...It gave him an opportunity to come out of his shell and be a team leader.'"
